What you will do

• Design and architect complex technical solutions as a ServiceNow subject matter expert.
• Support sales teams by providing technical advice, proposals, and business justifications optimized for customer requirements.
• Execute technical sales calls and develop detailed pre-sales documentation, including configurations and pricing.
• Qualify sales opportunities based on technical requirements, decision-making processes, and funding.
• Mentor entry-level team members and act as an organizational thought leader for the ServiceNow specialty.
• Travel up to 30% to engage with clients and partners.

Requirements

• Must be based in Chicago, New York, Nashville, Atlanta, or Cincinnati (Hybrid).
• Expertise in at least one ServiceNow module and strong functional knowledge of the platform across multiple modules.
• ITIL Foundations v3 or higher certification or equivalent working knowledge of ITIL concepts.
• Proven experience as a consultant in pre-sales and technical solution development.
• Proficiency in Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• College degree in Software Engineering, Computer Sciences, or a related discipline.

Nice to have

• ServiceNow certifications and accreditations.
• Experience with other SaaS platforms such as Tanium, Atlassian, Splunk, Data Dog, or Logic Monitor.
• Knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, and frameworks like AngularJS, jQuery, and Bootstrap.
• Understanding of web services (SOAP, REST, WSDL, XML).
• Experience with IoT, machine learning, or monitoring solutions.
