What you will do

• Design and architect complex technical solutions with a primary focus on SecOps and IRM.
• Support sales teams by providing technical advice and developing optimized proposals.
• Lead technical sales calls and create necessary pre-sales documentation (pricing, configurations, justifications).
• Qualify sales opportunities based on customer technical requirements and decision-making processes.
• Mentor entry-level team members and act as an organizational thought leader in your specialty.
• Present and market the value of proposed solutions to customers and management.

Requirements

• Expertise in ServiceNow SecOps and IRM modules.
• Strong functional knowledge of the ServiceNow platform across multiple modules.
• ITIL Foundations v3 or higher certification or deep working knowledge of ITIL concepts.
• Working knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodology.
• College degree in Software Engineering, Computer Sciences, or a related discipline.
• Available for travel up to 30%.

Nice to have

• Experience with SaaS platforms such as Tanium, Atlassian, Big Panda, Splunk, Data Dog, or Logic Monitor.
• Understanding of JavaScript, HTML, and frameworks like AngularJS, jQuery, or Bootstrap.
• Knowledge of web services (SOAP, REST, WSDL, XML).
• Experience with monitoring solutions, IoT, or machine learning.
