Salary: $230,000 - $300,000 a year

What you will do

• Participate actively in hirify.global SSE and service delivery teams.
• Design and architect technical solutions as a thought leader for hirify.global clients.
• Support sales teams by providing advice, solutions, and proposals optimized to meet customer technical and business requirements.
• Develop relationships with ServiceNow SSE team members, leaders, and partners to support sales objectives.
• Strategize and execute technical sales calls, and complete pre-sales documentation accurately and quickly.
• Present and market the design and value of proposed hirify.global solutions and business justification to customers, prospects, and hirify.global management.

Requirements

• Expertise as a consultant for clients, advising on technical solutions and participating in pre-sales and solution development.
• Expertise in ServiceNow modules SecOps/IRM.
• Strong functional knowledge of the ServiceNow platform across multiple modules.
• ITIL Foundations v3 or higher certification and/or working knowledge of ITIL concepts.
• Working knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodology.
• Exceptional oral, written and presentation skills, with ability to organize and present technical material in an easily understood manner.
