What you will do
- Lead architectural discovery sessions with stakeholders to define business objectives and system landscapes.
- Design and document end-to-end solution architectures involving SaaS platforms, APIs, middleware, CRM, and eCommerce systems.
- Define data flows, integration patterns, and security considerations to ensure system integrity.
- Produce detailed architecture documentation, including diagrams and data models.
- Provide architectural oversight across multiple implementation projects and review technical deliverables.
- Act as a trusted technical advisor to enterprise customers and support pre-sales architectural activities.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Solution Architecture, Technical Consulting, or Enterprise Software Implementation.
- Strong knowledge of cloud-based SaaS architectures and API integrations (REST/web services).
- Expertise in data modeling and system interoperability across CRM, eCommerce, ERP, or OMS platforms.
- Ability to produce high-quality technical documentation and architecture diagrams.
- Fluency in both English and French, written and spoken.
- Must be based in or be able to work in a hybrid setup in São Paulo, Brazil.
Nice to have
- Experience with 3D design, space planning, or visualization software environments.
- Industry experience within the Kitchen, Bath, or Furniture sectors.
- Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM ecosystems.
- Experience working with globally distributed delivery teams.
- Experience using AI tools to support productivity and solution design.
