What you will do

• Drive network supply by identifying, pitching, and onboarding top-tier market makers, trading firms, CEXs, DEXs, and European institutions to contribute real-time data.
• Scale Pyth Pro adoption on demand side by leading sales to hedge funds, asset managers, high-frequency traders, and prime brokers.
• Manage high-touch relationships with institutional clients for retention and expansion, represent at industry events, and monitor competitive landscape.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to relay feedback and prioritize institutional needs.

Requirements

• 5+ years in Business Development, Institutional Sales, or Prime Brokerage in Finance/Fintech
• Strong background at Tier-1 banks or prime brokers with transition to institutional crypto/market infrastructure
• Proven network with market makers, prime brokers, exchanges, and liquidity providers
• Technical literacy in API integrations, data latency, oracle mechanics
• Deep knowledge of European financial markets, regulations, and institutional behavior
• Fluent English

Nice to have

• Direct experience in prime brokerage, electronic equities sales, or derivatives trading
• Background in migrating institutional workflows to new infrastructure
• Quantitative trading or high-frequency trading exposure
• Established relationships with European market makers or broker-dealers
• Market data sales or exchange partnerships (e.g., Bloomberg, Thomson Reuters)
