What you will do

• Develop and execute a full-funnel paid social strategy across Meta, TikTok, Snap, Reddit, X, and YouTube.
• Manage and scale multi-million dollar budgets to improve customer acquisition costs (CAC), ROAS, and LTV.
• Analyze performance metrics and collaborate with the Performance Creative team to optimize ad creatives across static, video, and UGC formats.
• Build and execute a structured A/B testing roadmap for campaign creative, audience strategies, and bidding.
• Partner with Brand, Product, Tech, and Data Science teams to align social strategies with the overall growth vision.
• Monitor industry trends and integrate AI-driven tools to drive efficiencies in campaign optimization.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in Growth Marketing with an emphasis on paid social for high-growth DTC companies.
• Advanced English level.
• Experience working with US clients.
• Proficiency in data analytics and visualization platforms like Tableau, Google Analytics, Looker, or Mixpanel.
• Bachelor’s degree or proven relevant experience in a performance marketing or commercial role.
• Must be based in Argentina.
