TL;DR

Channel Marketing Specialist: Supports execution and optimization of marketing programs across key partner channels with an accent on campaign rollout, partner enablement, and performance tracking. Focus on coordinating multi-channel campaigns, developing partner assets, and collaborating with sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment and ROI.

Location: Onsite at Scottsdale headquarters (AZ, USA), four days per week

What you will do

  • Execute multi-channel marketing programs and co-marketing campaigns with channel partners including resellers, distributors, and affiliates
  • Build and maintain partner marketing toolkits, assets, and serve as day-to-day contact for partner requests
  • Support planning and execution of partner events, webinars, trade shows, and post-event follow-up
  • Develop partner-facing content like emails, landing pages, social posts, and ensure brand consistency
  • Track campaign performance, partner engagement metrics, and build reports on effectiveness and ROI
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, channel, product marketing, and demand gen teams

Requirements

  • Bachelor's in Marketing or equivalent
  • 2–5 years in marketing, preferably channel, partner, or B2B
  • Strong project management, organizational, and communication skills
  • Experience supporting multi-channel campaigns (email, digital, events)
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines

Nice to have

  • Experience with channel partners (resellers, VARs, distributors)
  • Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation (Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo)
  • Experience supporting events or partner programs
  • Basic marketing analytics and reporting
