What you will do

• Execute field marketing programs including trade shows, conferences, webinars, and hosted events.
• Coordinate logistics for venue selection, vendor management, and on-site execution.
• Develop and deploy integrated regional marketing campaigns in collaboration with digital and content teams.
• Partner with regional sales teams to align programs with pipeline goals and manage lead flow.
• Track and manage event budgets, purchase orders, and invoices.
• Analyze and report on program performance, attendance, engagement, and ROI.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in marketing, events, or program coordination.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Must be based in the USA.
