TL;DR

Salary: $132,000–$165,000 USD for Tier 1 markets (NYC/SF); geographic pay differential for other U.S. locations.

What you will do

  • Build and execute co-marketing programs with New Verticals partners, from design through asset production and distribution.
  • Develop partner enablement materials like pitch decks, one-pagers, and training content to drive resident adoption.
  • Coordinate partner-facing events and follow-up programs with the Events Marketing Manager.
  • Own the partner marketing calendar, tracking, measuring, and reporting against goals.
  • Build relationships with partner marketing contacts to identify co-marketing opportunities.
  • Work cross-functionally with revenue and product teams to align messaging and launch timing.
  • Instrument programs with UTMs, tracking links, and Salesforce CRM tagging for attributable results.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years in B2B partner marketing, channel marketing, or field marketing, ideally at a growth-stage tech company.
  • Proven experience building co-marketing programs, including asset creation, joint campaigns, and measurement.
  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Marketo or equivalent).
  • Working proficiency with Salesforce CRM for tagging, reporting, and data storytelling.
  • Track record attributing marketing to revenue or pipeline outcomes.
  • Comfort in startup environments, building from scratch.
  • Strong written communication skills.
  • Curiosity about competitive landscape and partner feedback.
