What you will do

• Own utilization performance by coaching the team on workload balance and billable focus.
• Drive revenue and margin goals by managing rolling forecasts against capacity and budget models.
• Allocate resources efficiently across business units and products to optimize schedules.
• Maintain financial hygiene through strict timesheet governance and accurate project records.
• Collaborate with Finance, RevOps, and Product to reconcile PSA/ERP actuals and protect margins.
• Manage reporting dashboards (skills matrices, burn rates) to inform assignment decisions and track trends.

Requirements

• Experience leading Professional Services or Consulting delivery teams with a record of meeting revenue targets.
• Expertise in resource management, capacity planning, and forecast accuracy.
• Strong command of PSA/ERP workflows (Certinia preferred) and operational reporting.
• Proficiency in Excel and BI for data-driven decision making.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Must be based in São Paulo (Hybrid).
