Manager, Professional Services (KBFr)

What you will do

• Lead Professional Services delivery operations and own team utilization, revenue, and margin performance.
• Plan capacity, forecast demand, allocate FTE and contingent resources, and optimize assignments across business units and products.
• Run backlog reviews, schedule optimization, budget-versus-forecast tracking, and operational escalations.
• Maintain accurate timesheets, project records, time classifications, utilization reporting, and revenue data.
• Partner with Finance, RevOps, Product, and PSA/ERP administrators on pricing, scope, reporting, invoicing readiness, and margin protection.
• Coach and develop team members, support hiring plans, and promote sustainable workloads and cross-time-zone product knowledge.

Requirements

• Experience leading Professional Services or Consulting delivery teams and meeting utilization and revenue targets.
• Expertise in resource management, capacity planning, scheduling, cross-business-unit assignments, and forecasting.
• Strong knowledge of PSA/ERP workflows, preferably Certinia, including timesheet governance and operational reporting.
• Data-driven decision-making skills with proficiency in Excel, BI, skills matrices, utilization dashboards, and backlog reports.
• Strong communication, coaching, stakeholder management, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft productivity tools and reporting services.
