Salary: $200,000 – $230,000

What you will do
- Recruit, hire, and develop a high-performing team of Financial Audit implementation professionals.
- Design and implement technical solutions for enterprise customers to ensure successful SaaS adoption and measurable business impact.
- Execute change management strategies to address organizational and cultural challenges during client onboarding.
- Act as a trusted advisor for clients, managing relationships and identifying opportunities for product growth.
- Oversee complex implementation projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (sales, product, engineering) to ensure successful project delivery.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in enterprise SaaS implementation.
- 5+ years of experience in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of managing complex projects and delivering exceptional results.
- Deep understanding of change management principles and project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall).
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, computer science, or a related field.
- Must be based in the USA.
Nice to have
- 5+ years experience in technology implementations at Advisory/Assurance/Audit firms.
- Prior Big 4 and/or CPA experience.
- Certification in project management (PMP) or change management.
- Proven ability to drive revenue growth and customer expansion.
