What you will do

• Recruit, hire, and develop a high-performing team of Financial Audit implementation professionals.
• Design and implement technical solutions for enterprise customers to ensure successful SaaS adoption and measurable business impact.
• Execute change management strategies to address organizational and cultural challenges during client onboarding.
• Act as a trusted advisor for clients, managing relationships and identifying opportunities for product growth.
• Oversee complex implementation projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (sales, product, engineering) to ensure successful project delivery.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in enterprise SaaS implementation.
• 5+ years of experience in a leadership role.
• Proven track record of managing complex projects and delivering exceptional results.
• Deep understanding of change management principles and project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall).
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, computer science, or a related field.
• Must be based in the USA.

Nice to have

• 5+ years experience in technology implementations at Advisory/Assurance/Audit firms.
• Prior Big 4 and/or CPA experience.
• Certification in project management (PMP) or change management.
• Proven ability to drive revenue growth and customer expansion.
