What you will do

• Own end-to-end design for the web app from discovery and wireframing to high-fidelity prototyping.
• Lead user research initiatives, including interviews and usability testing, using behavioral analytics.
• Create intuitive data visualization patterns (charts, tables, filters) for high-density information.
• Develop and maintain a scalable, cohesive design system for the entire platform.
• Collaborate with PMs and engineers in agile sprints to advocate for user needs.
• Define interaction models for custom query builders, alerting workflows, and report scheduling.

Requirements

• 10+ years of product/UX design experience with a portfolio of SaaS or data-heavy B2B products.
• Expert proficiency in building interactive prototypes and maintaining design systems.
• Experience facilitating user interviews, usability tests, and interpreting quantitative data.
• Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Must be based in the United States.

Nice to have

• Experience with BI tools (Looker, Tableau, Metabase) or basic SQL knowledge.
• Background in fintech, healthtech, or operational data products.
• Motion/interaction design skills and WCAG accessibility expertise.
• Design leadership or mentorship experience.
