What you will do

• Build and optimize nurture systems to increase lead-to-meeting and SQL conversion rates.
• Own the CRM structure, data integrity, and lead routing using Salesforce.
• Manage external SEO agency performance to drive organic traffic and inbound leads.
• Drive user engagement and retention for Smart Fridges via Klaviyo and OneSignal.
• Implement AI-driven automation to scale lifecycle content and eliminate manual processes.
• Develop dashboards to track funnel KPIs, SQL volume, and pipeline contribution.

Requirements

• 3–6 years of experience in lifecycle marketing, CRM, or demand generation.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Proficiency with tools such as Salesforce, Klaviyo, Mailchimp, OneSignal, and Zapier.
• Strong understanding of the full funnel and ability to drive pipeline and revenue impact.
• Ability to leverage generative AI to increase output quality and speed.
