What you will do

  • Execute and manage digital campaigns across Google PPC, LinkedIn, retargeting, display advertising, and email marketing.
  • Own campaign setup and execution using Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, ZoomInfo, AdRoll, Meta, and Reddit.
  • Optimize paid search performance, including keyword strategy, bid optimization, and budget pacing.
  • Build, test, and deploy email campaigns and nurture programs within Pardot and Salesforce.
  • Maintain Salesforce campaign structure, UTM tracking, attribution, and conversion tracking.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Revenue teams to align campaigns with pipeline goals and business priorities.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, demand generation, or performance marketing.
  • Must be based in the United States.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Google PPC and paid media execution.
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce campaign structure, reporting, and attribution.
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms such as Pardot.
  • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Nice to have

  • Experience in managed services (MSP), cybersecurity, or B2B services environments.
