Salary: $132,000–$165,000 USD (Tier 1 markets: NYC/SF); geographic pay differential for other U.S. locations.

What you will do
- Design and execute high-quality bespoke events for New Verticals PMC partners including executive roundtables, vertical anchor conferences, and property activations
- Define target audiences, manage full event lifecycle from venue sourcing to post-event follow-up
- Develop repeatable events playbook with templates, budget tracking, and measurement frameworks
- Partner with revenue team on target accounts and ensure post-event follow-through
- Manage events budget precisely and optimize for impact
- Measure effectiveness via attendance, pipeline generated, and partner satisfaction; report to stakeholders
- Evaluate third-party sponsorships and co-marketing opportunities
Requirements
- 3-5 years in B2B event marketing, field marketing, or demand generation with experience producing executive events and conferences
- Proven track record running high-touch events end-to-end including logistics and measurement
- Budget management experience owning P&L and making tradeoffs
- Experience attributing events to pipeline or revenue outcomes with data
- Working knowledge of Salesforce and HubSpot for tracking and workflows
- Comfort with marketing automation tools; builder's mindset for standing up new programs
