TL;DR

Client Success Partner (MidMarket): Managing the client journey for mid-market customers through onboarding, integration, and metrics delivery with an accent on retention and growth. Focus on identifying upsell opportunities, building stakeholder relationships, and utilizing data insights to drive strategic engagement.

Location: Hybrid: Must work from the West Des Moines office on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays

Salary: $50,000 - $60,000 USD base plus commissions

What you will do

  • Onboard mid-market clients to products and tools and manage their integration process.
  • Deliver insightful performance metrics to ensure client renewal and growth.
  • Identify and close upsell opportunities to expand client revenue.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key business stakeholders.
  • Educate clients on external-facing applications and software based on their specific needs.
  • Collaborate with sales partners to align on client journey and critical success factors.

Requirements

  • Must be based in or be able to commute to the West Des Moines office for the required hybrid schedule.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce and ChurnZero.
  • Experience reading and analyzing data to make informed business decisions.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with a detail-oriented approach.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with clients via email, phone, and video.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office products.

Nice to have

  • Associate degree or equivalent relevant experience.
  • Experience supporting mid-market level clients to drive engagement and loyalty.
  • Strong selling skills utilizing data insights to promote product value.
  • Knowledge of AI tools and platforms.
