What you will do

  • Manage a diverse sales organization including Field Managers, Strategic AEs, and Full-Cycle AEs.
  • Develop and execute vertical-specific outbound strategies to penetrate the hospitality industry in the DACH region.
  • Build and optimize the outbound engine, including prospecting sequences, social selling, and ABM alignment.
  • Provide rigorous weekly and quarterly revenue forecasts using tools like Gong and Salesforce.
  • Act as a strategic advisor on must-win deals, leading C-suite presentations and navigating procurement hurdles.
  • Partner with marketing and product teams to localize GTM execution for specific EMEA markets.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience leading multi-functional B2B SaaS sales teams selling to SMEs.
  • Expert proficiency in the modern sales stack, including Salesforce, Salesloft/Outreach, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Strong grasp of SaaS financial metrics such as ARR, LTV, and CAC.
  • Fluency in English and German is required for this position.
  • Must be based in or able to work from the Berlin office (Hybrid).
