Focus on driving growth through pipeline generation, revenue expansion, relationship building, and cross-functional collaboration.

Location: Hybrid in Germany (DACH region). Experience working in the DACH market required.

What you will do

  • Drive growth across DACH through pipeline generation, revenue, customer adoption, retention, expansion.
  • Build strong relationships with prospects, customers, partners.
  • Deliver compelling outreach, campaigns, presentations, demos, proposals tailored to customer needs.
  • Partner cross-functionally to create excellent prospect and customer experiences.
  • Share market insights and customer feedback to strengthen go-to-market strategy.
  • Represent hirify.global with energy, professionalism, and product knowledge.

Requirements

  • Fluency in German (C2) and English, written and spoken
  • Experience working in the DACH market
  • Experience in one or more Go To Market functions: Account Executive, Business Development, Marketing, Sales Engineering, Account Management, Customer Success, Partnerships, or similar
  • B2B SaaS environment preferred
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Proactive, curious, resourceful mindset
  • Ability to understand customer/market/business needs and translate into value-driven solutions
  • Experience collaborating cross-functionally in fast-paced environments
