Salary: $155,000 - $215,000

What you will do

• Define and drive the product roadmap for the Sleep experience to increase member trust and long-term value.
• Lead the development of sleep features, from morning experiences to wind-down routines.
• Translate complex physiological data and algorithm outputs into intuitive and compelling member experiences.
• Collaborate with engineering, ML, research science, and design teams to ensure high-quality, science-grounded delivery.
• Integrate sleep data and insights across hirify.global surfaces and external partner platforms.
• Define and track success metrics focused on member engagement and behavior change.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience, with 2+ years in consumer health, wellness, or data-driven products.
• Experience building products based on complex data or physiological signals.
• Technical fluency in algorithm outputs, data models, and system architecture.
• Proficiency with AI-assisted development tools such as Cursor or Claude Code.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to operate effectively in ambiguous environments.
• Must be based in or willing to relocate to Boston, MA.
