Location: New York, NY; San Francisco, CA; Seattle, WA (US-based positions)

Salary: $185,000 - $225,000 base (plus equity and variable compensation)

Series D mental health platform automating insurance, credentialing, and practice management tools for 70,000+ providers serving 1M+ patients across all 50 US states.

What you will do

  • Own problem discovery, solution design, and delivery for key provider-patient workflows like scheduling, telehealth, assessments, and follow-up.
  • Translate user needs, business goals, clinical, and compliance factors into product strategy, roadmaps, and execution plans.
  • Partner with engineering, design, data, clinical ops, and compliance to ship high-impact experiences.
  • Conduct research and analyze data/feedback to inform priorities and tradeoffs.
  • Integrate AI for note-taking, scheduling optimization, and patient journey insights to enhance care delivery.
  • Advocate for intuitive experiences balancing usability, operations, and regulations.

Requirements

  • 5+ years product management experience building user-centric products with complex workflows
  • End-to-end ownership from discovery/strategy to execution/iteration
  • Data-informed decisions using qualitative and quantitative insights
  • Strong product judgment, UX sensibility, and focus on trusted user experiences
  • Thrive in ambiguous, fast-paced environments with cross-functional collaboration
  • Clear communication to build alignment and drive progress

Nice to have

  • Experience in healthcare, clinical tooling, telehealth, assessments, or workflow-heavy B2B/consumer products
