What you will do

• Own strategy and roadmap for data engineering capabilities like data contracts, validation, and observability.
• Translate product and business needs into scalable data solutions.
• Enable internal data use through documentation and stakeholder education.
• Scale data engineering platform and processes alongside product teams.
• Engage customers to gather feedback and identify product improvements.
• Improve data infrastructure, write technical documentation, and manage projects.

Requirements

• 5+ years in healthtech/healthcare data space
• 3+ years product management experience
• Experience with engineering and data teams
• Expertise with EHR data and standards (HL7, X12, etc.)
• Experience managing external and internal stakeholders
• Experience in early-stage or fast-paced environment

Nice to have

• Experience as software engineer, data engineer, or equivalent
• Proficiency in SQL
