What you will do

• Own the vision and strategy for provider growth to increase the number of new activated providers.
• Lead and scale a team of Product Managers focused on conversion, onboarding, and activation flows.
• Collaborate with design, engineering, data, and GTM teams to deliver high-impact outcomes.
• Optimize the onboarding journey and provider experience using data and customer insights.
• Drive new product surfaces and strategic bets, such as the expansion of Group Practices.
• Act as a strategic partner across the organization regarding growth and provider experience.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience driving measurable business impact through product innovation.
• 4+ years of experience managing other Product Managers.
• Experience with B2B2C, platform, growth, or marketplace products.
• Proven ability to balance long-term strategic vision with near-term execution.
• Strong skill in using customer insights and data to shape product strategy.
• Must be located in or able to work from New York, San Francisco, or Seattle.
