What you will do

• Develop and implement legal strategies to support business objectives and mitigate corporate risks.
• Manage all legal aspects of IPO readiness, including the drafting and review of SEC filings such as S-1 registration.
• Oversee corporate governance practices to ensure adherence to public company standards.
• Provide legal support for fundraising efforts, reviewing term sheets and investor agreements.
• Draft and negotiate key vendor agreements, customer contracts, and strategic partnerships.
• Ensure full compliance with global data privacy and security laws, specifically GDPR and CCPA.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school and an active bar membership.
• 12+ years of legal experience in corporate law, compliance, and risk management.
• Proven experience with IPO preparation, fundraising support, and public company legal requirements.
• Strong expertise in commercial contracts, capital structure, and data privacy compliance.
• Demonstrated ability to build and lead a high-performing legal team.
