What you will do

• Maintain and test low and medium voltage switchgear, circuit breakers, and power transformers.
• Perform electrical maintenance on energy-from-waste boilers, pumps, fans, and conveyors.
• Troubleshoot and repair Continuous Emissions Monitoring Systems (CEMS) and flow, pressure, and temperature instrumentation.
• Adjust and maintain Distributed Control Systems (DCS) and historian devices.
• Execute preventative maintenance including routine calibration, thermography, and ultrasonic testing.
• Participate in plant shutdown activities and equipment teardown inspections.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Formal technical or apprentice training (preferred).
• Must be able to work 12-hour rotating shifts.
• Physical ability to lift 50lbs, work at heights, and in confined spaces.
• Ability to qualify for a full-face respirator.
