Salary: $136,000 - $160,000

What you will do
- Serve as the single accountable owner for client onboarding success, managing the narrative from contract award to stabilization.
- Lead multiple concurrent transition and transformation programs, ensuring contractual obligations and success criteria are met.
- Partner with HR and Service Line leaders to drive people readiness, role clarity, and adoption using change management methodologies.
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior client executives, leading governance forums and documenting outcomes.
- Identify operational and contractual risks through RAID management and implement mitigation strategies.
- Integrate technology, analytics, and AI capabilities into transition workflows to ensure scalability and informed decision-making.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required (MBA or advanced degree preferred).
- 5+ years of program leadership experience within Commercial Real Estate or Occupier Services.
- Proven track record of leading enterprise-level onboarding or transformation initiatives across multiple geographies.
- Deep understanding of Facility Management and Integrated Portfolio Management delivery models.
- Strong executive-level communication and governance discipline.
- Must be based in the USA.
