• Establish governance frameworks, operating rhythms, and decision models for the People function.
• Integrate priorities across HR, Technology, Finance, and Legal to manage interdependencies.
• Provide portfolio visibility and surface risks and tradeoffs to senior leadership.
• Empower leadership teams and set standards for program management rigor across the organization.
• Drive operational discipline and change agility to build long-term organizational capability.

Requirements

• Extensive leadership experience in complex cross-functional programs within global enterprise environments.
• Proven success in shaping operating models and large-scale change initiatives with measurable impact.
• Strong executive presence and ability to influence senior stakeholders across functions and geographies.
• Strategic judgment and ability to drive execution in ambiguous, fast-paced environments.
• Outstanding communication skills for distilling complexity into executive-level narratives.
• Deep understanding of enterprise program governance and organizational change.
