What you will do
- Lead execution of critical enterprise-level people initiatives aligned with global objectives.
- Establish governance frameworks, operating rhythms, and decision models for the People function.
- Integrate priorities across HR, Technology, Finance, and Legal to manage interdependencies.
- Provide portfolio visibility and surface risks and tradeoffs to senior leadership.
- Empower leadership teams and set standards for program management rigor across the organization.
- Drive operational discipline and change agility to build long-term organizational capability.
Requirements
- Extensive leadership experience in complex cross-functional programs within global enterprise environments.
- Proven success in shaping operating models and large-scale change initiatives with measurable impact.
- Strong executive presence and ability to influence senior stakeholders across functions and geographies.
- Strategic judgment and ability to drive execution in ambiguous, fast-paced environments.
- Outstanding communication skills for distilling complexity into executive-level narratives.
- Deep understanding of enterprise program governance and organizational change.
Nice to have
- Experience in human resources transformation, people technology, or AI-enabled change initiatives.
- Familiarity with capital markets, fintech, or highly regulated industries.
