Salary: $161,670 - $190,200

What you will do
- Directly manage PMs and Sr PMs, including hiring, onboarding, coaching, performance evaluations, and succession planning.
- Own portfolio delivery outcomes, drive project initiation through closeout, enforce standardized processes like charters, risk registers, and QA/QC.
- Lead resource planning, issue resolution, vendor management, and procurement coordination.
- Serve as executive point of contact for clients, manage governance routines, and ensure client satisfaction through feedback loops.
- Manage portfolio financials including budgeting, forecasting, change control, and profitability.
- Drive adoption of PM tools, maintain portfolio dashboards, and leverage analytics for continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s preferred.
- 12+ years of progressive project management experience, including 3+ years managing teams and portfolios.
- Expertise in client relations, consulting, stakeholder management, financial acumen, contract negotiation, vendor management, and risk mitigation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to present to executive audiences.
- Periodic travel to project sites up to 30%.
- Hybrid work with on-site presence as needed in specified US locations.
Nice to have
- Professional certifications (PMP, CCM, PE, RA, LEED AP).
- Experience leading programs across multiple sites and geographies.
- Background in Financial Services, infrastructure, critical environments, or other complex sectors.
