TL;DR

Salary: $158,270 - $186,200

What you will do

  • Lead the development and execution of the Partner Alliance Program focusing on Commercial, Capabilities, and Community pillars.
  • Research, identify, and prioritize strategic partners to drive revenue growth and enhance service offerings.
  • Plan and facilitate structured partner workshops to discover joint commercial opportunities and co-designed solutions.
  • Manage partner-driven pipeline opportunities in close collaboration with the business development organization.
  • Integrate partners into internal operating structures and coordinate with geographic and functional leaders.
  • Manage and develop direct reports supporting partnership operations, enablement, and pipeline management.

Requirements

  • Based in Chicago, Nashville, Austin, New York, Tampa, or Reading (USA)
  • 7+ years of experience in strategic partnerships, alliances, vendor management, business development, or program management.
  • Proven experience in managing or mentoring team members.
  • Strong background in project or program management with experience handling multiple simultaneous initiatives.
  • Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation communication skills.
  • Ability to operate independently and influence stakeholders without formal authority.

Nice to have

  • Bachelor's degree and/or MBA or advanced degree.
  • Experience in consulting, enablement, or operational roles.
