What you will do

• Lead large, cross-team product and platform programs across the Marketplace domain, including account unification and AI integrations.
• Drive planning, execution, and risk management for high-priority initiatives to ensure alignment with stakeholders.
• Coordinate roadmaps and manage dependencies between UX and engineering teams.
• Manage contractor TPM capacity to support Product & UX programs.
• Translate a backlog of initiatives into structured programs and projects to meet growth and efficiency OKRs.
• Collaborate with TDMs, PMs, and Directors to gather input and refine project deliverables.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of high-level architecture and system flows.
• Solid fundamentals in program/project management, including RACI and project plan development.
• Proficiency with Jira, Google Suite, and PPM tools.
• Ability to think critically and approach complex problems with a solutions-oriented mindset.
• English: Clear and effective communication skills required.
• Location: Must be based in LATAM.
