What you will do

  • Manage the full contractor assignment lifecycle, including onboarding, pre-access requirements, and offboarding.
  • Coordinate immigration, travel, logistics, tools, equipment, and safety requirements (PPE).
  • Process and reconcile expense submissions and corporate credit card spending according to company policy.
  • Ensure adherence to local regulatory requirements, insurance coverage, and client safety standards.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for non-client stakeholders to drive retention and referrals.
  • Partner with leadership on audits, reporting, and identifying process gaps to increase efficiency.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in administration, service delivery, HR coordination, or operational support.
  • Experience in handling expenses, credit card reconciliations, or cost tracking.
  • Knowledge of compliance requirements, insurance administration, or regulatory controls.
  • Strong organizational, time-management, and communication skills.
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a time-sensitive environment.
  • Must be based in Calgary for hybrid work.
