What you will do

• Lead all lease negotiations, renewals, and terminations for the global portfolio.
• Manage and optimize the relationship with JLL as the global brokerage partner.
• Align headcount and office space strategy with FP&A and HR budget parameters.
• Negotiate contracts and manage relationships with vendors for cleaning, security, and maintenance.
• Direct physical security operations and ensure compliance with building codes and safety regulations.
• Oversee facility budgets, capital planning, and workplace experience enhancements.

Requirements

• 8-10 years of experience in combined real estate and facilities management.
• Demonstrated success managing relationships with global brokerage firms and vendors.
• Strong background in commercial lease negotiation and administration.
• Ability to link operational decisions to business strategy and growth objectives.
• Experience managing budgets in partnership with FP&A.

Nice to have

• Experience managing real estate and facilities across a multi-site global portfolio.
• Professional designations such as CPM, CFM, or similar certifications.
• Proficiency with FM software, lease management systems, and data analytics.
