TL;DR

Location: Hybrid in Mississauga, CA (3-4 days at home)

Salary: $65,000–$75,000 per year

What you will do

  • Monitor tender websites and coordinate RFP/RFQ/RFI submissions across cross-functional teams.
  • Lead the tender process from initiation to submission, ensuring all requirements and deadlines are met.
  • Prepare medical equipment quotes in Salesforce (GForce) and manage the Canadian reference database.
  • Maintain contract and pricing updates in SAP and manage the contract renewal process.
  • Perform financial analysis for contract renewals and calculate rebate payments for Finance.
  • Synthesize data into cohesive reports for the Director of Sales and Canadian Management.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience as a tenders/contracts coordinator or analyst.
  • Post-secondary education degree.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong knowledge of financial concepts related to contract management.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Must be based in Mississauga, CA

Nice to have

  • Experience in the medical industry.
  • French language proficiency.
