What you will do
- Engage and qualify inbound leads within SLAs from web forms, demo requests, trials, chat, and call-ins.
- Own inbound lead and opportunity management, converting demand into revenue-ready pipeline to meet targets.
- Conduct high-quality qualification conversations assessing fit, urgency, and buying intent.
- Schedule demos and hand off to Account Executives with deal context and next steps.
- Leverage Salesforce, Outreach, ZoomInfo, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator for activity management and conversions.
- Maintain accurate CRM records for forecasting and pipeline visibility, representing 's value proposition.
Requirements
- Must join Mexico City team (Mitikah).
- Experienced in high-impact, inbound-focused sales in SaaS environment.
- Tech-savvy with proficiency in Salesforce and sales tools like Outreach, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Skilled in lead qualification, consultative conversations, and pipeline management.
- Able to thrive in fast-paced setting with monthly/quarterly targets.
