TL;DR

Sales Representative (Universal Destinations & Experiences): Manage key contracted clients in Mexico and Latin America, handling sales reports, analytics, contracts, payments, and B2B marketing strategies with an accent on account growth and brand alignment. Focus on creating sales campaigns, conducting trainings and workshops, maintaining CRM (Salesforce), and monitoring competition.

Location: Col. del Carmen Coyoacan, CP 04100, Moctezuma 55, CDMX, Mexico (onsite, full-time). Constant travel required in Mexico, Latin America, and USA for trade shows, workshops, and client events.

What you will do

  • Manage portfolio of contracted clients, provide sales reports, analytics, contract amendments, and tools to meet targets.
  • Align with finance for payments and documentation, define sales-boosting activities like trainings, workshops, and tours.
  • Maintain CRM (Salesforce) for accounts and opportunities, monitor competition on pricing and products.
  • Collaborate with marketing on B2B strategies, co-op campaigns, product placement, and point-of-sale materials.
  • Handle administrative tasks: spreadsheets, presentations, travel arrangements, expense reports, and office supplies.

Requirements

  • Fluent in English and Spanish.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or relevant field (Master’s a plus).
  • 3-4 years in sales; hospitality and Salesforce experience preferred.
  • Strong reporting, analytics, MS Office, communication, organizational, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to travel constantly in Mexico, Latin America, and USA; flexible working hours for events.
  • Team player with passion for data-driven business plans and cross-functional collaboration.
