Location: Must be based in Mexico. Remote available, but candidates within 80km of the Guadalajara office are expected to work onsite.

What you will do
- Identify and close upsell and cross-sell opportunities within an existing SMB customer base to drive expansion revenue.
- Conduct proactive outreach via calls, email, and SMS to uncover new business opportunities.
- Perform discovery to understand customer challenges and align them with platform solutions.
- Deliver value-focused demonstrations showcasing how AI-driven capabilities improve efficiency.
- Manage the entire sales cycle, including pipeline tracking and forecasting, using Salesforce.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in sales, account management, or customer-facing roles in fast-paced environments.
- Advanced English fluency (spoken and written) is required.
- Must be based in Mexico.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue, retention, or activity-based targets.
- High level of organization, resilience, and ability to operate in a high-activity outbound environment.
Nice to have
- Experience selling SaaS, UCaaS, or CCaaS technologies.
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms and qualification frameworks like BANT or MEDDPICC.
- Prior experience supporting US-based customers in a B2B environment.
- Bachelor's degree in business or a related field.
- Exposure to AI tools such as ChatGPT or Copilot in a professional setting.
