What you will do

  • Meet or exceed sales quotas for strategic accounts in LATAM territory.
  • Own full sales cycle from prospecting to closing new business using named accounts and prospect lists.
  • Align C-level business needs with hirify.global’s solutions and collaborate with Customer Success for upsell opportunities.
  • Build relationships with strategic partners and consultants to create business channels.
  • Manage sales pipeline and forecast accurately in Salesforce.com.
  • Represent hirify.global at industry events, conferences, and customer meetings.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of sales experience in technology and travel/hospitality industry
  • Track record of meeting or exceeding quota
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup-like team environment
  • Highly motivated, results-driven with strong negotiation and presentation skills
  • Proficient in Salesforce.com for sales forecasting
  • BS/BA Degree

Nice to have

  • Fluent in Spanish and English (Portuguese is a bonus)
  • Understanding of hospitality technology landscape and hotel buyer personas
