What you will do

• Manage hirify.global.co.uk to achieve commercial, customer, and regulatory goals.
• Optimise landing pages and customer journeys to increase conversion rates.
• Develop and maintain a prioritised optimisation roadmap aligned with business objectives.
• Collaborate with Product, Paid Media, Compliance, UX, and Development teams.
• Lead the end-to-end delivery of improvements from ideation to performance analysis.

Requirements

• Experience managing and optimising customer-facing websites within regulated environments.
• Proven track record in CRO, customer journey mapping, and data-led optimisation.
• Ability to build and deliver roadmaps balancing commercial and technical needs.
• Experience collaborating with multiple stakeholders to drive outcomes.
• Proficiency with CMS platforms and working with development teams.

Nice to have

• Understanding of SEO and experimentation.
• Experience with workflow tools such as Jira.
