What you will do

  • Own the full funnel from search to install and first trade, connecting SEO/ASO actions to commercial outcomes.
  • Identify and execute high-impact SEO/ASO opportunities, managing technical audits and programmatic page templates.
  • Scale content production and technical checks using AI tooling to improve visibility in AI Overviews and LLM citations.
  • Collaborate with the website manager on headless CMS builds, Core Web Vitals, and structured data implementation.
  • Report performance metrics to senior stakeholders, providing clear recommendations based on conversion data.
  • Lead the strategy for UK/IE markets while partnering with the central SEO hub in Poland.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of hands-on SEO and ASO experience with a focus on revenue and account growth.
  • Strong technical SEO skills including crawl analysis, Core Web Vitals, hreflang, and structured data.
  • Experience working directly in a headless CMS environment alongside engineering teams.
  • Ability to think AI-first and integrate AI tools into content and technical workflows.
  • Comfortable making prioritization calls in short sprints and working within legal compliance constraints.
