What you will do
- Lead in-year trading cycles using real-time data, forecasting, and scenario planning to optimise plans dynamically.
- Design and own performance tracking and reporting frameworks to enable data-led decision making.
- Manage the Affluent, Save & Invest Marketing Budget and ensure delivery against annual contribution targets.
- Maximise ROI by optimising spend through channel efficiency insights and commercial analysis.
- Collaborate with Insight, Planning, and Effectiveness teams to evaluate marketing commercial value.
- Translate business priorities into clear marketing targets and performance metrics aligned to commercial outcomes.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in commercial and strategic foresight, including ROI and cost management.
- 5+ years of experience in performance and trading management, tracking against targets.
- 5+ years of analytical expertise working with complex datasets, modelling, and forecasting.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel for scenario planning and ROI analysis.
- Must be based in or able to work in Leeds or Halifax, UK.

- Experience within financial services or a regulated environment.
- Experience in marketing effectiveness, optimisation, or performance roles.
- Exposure to affluent, wealth, savings, or investment products.
