What you will do

  • Lead the creation and delivery of the annual Affluent Save & Invest marketing strategy based on customer insights and market trends.
  • Translate long-term strategy into clear, actionable annual marketing plans.
  • Manage the marketing strategy budget and act as the primary decision-maker for strategic initiatives.
  • Collaborate with product, proposition, and commercial teams to ensure alignment with business priorities.
  • Create compelling narratives and influence senior stakeholders across different functions.
  • Work with Full Funnel teams and Insights to deliver optimized and measurable marketing plans.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in developing and delivering marketing strategies and plans.
  • Proven track record of owning marketing budgets and strategic decision-making.
  • 5+ years of experience in full-funnel marketing across brand, acquisition, and customer outcomes.
  • 3+ years of experience in communication and influencing stakeholders at all levels.
  • Must be based in or able to work from Leeds or Halifax, UK.

Nice to have

  • Experience within financial services or a regulated environment.
  • Familiarity with OKR frameworks and performance management.
  • Experience working in complex, matrixed organisations.
