What you will do

• Deliver website content for seasonal campaigns and new product launches.
• Coordinate with Marketing, Creative, and Product teams to ensure timely delivery of assets.
• Manage the website helpdesk and resolve UX/content issues.
• Monitor trading metrics and identify opportunities to improve conversion and revenue.
• Optimize on-site SEO and product merchandising, including upselling and cross-selling.
• Collaborate with internal and external tech teams to implement UX and technical enhancements.

Requirements

• 2+ years' experience in an ecommerce retail role.
• Proficiency in website content management, trading, CRO, and SEO.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and spot commercial opportunities.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Must be based in or able to work from London (Hybrid).
