What you will do

• Maximize efficiencies and effectiveness of workgroup business processes.
• Lead strategic projects for process improvement (reseller or vendor facing).
• Collaborate with process stakeholders to develop initiatives maximizing profitability and customer experience.
• Provide second level escalation support for tool and system issues.
• Leverage team strengths for leadership, accountability, and collaboration.
• Create strategic plans aligned with sales goals and customer needs.

Requirements

• Experience in financial controls, costing, process design and re-engineering, medium to large project management.
• Demonstrated leadership experience; line management preferred.
• Mastery of Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio; high-level statistical and financial analysis.
• Superior communication skills; lead cross-functional teams in matrixed environment.
• Minimum 5 years functional experience including 3 years specific.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience; high school diploma required.
