Salary: $83,600 – $120,300

What you will do

• Oversee the complete project lifecycle from initiation to closing, ensuring all deliverables meet client expectations.
• Act as the primary interface for clients, managing relationships and expectations.
• Coordinate task lists for technicians and manage deliverables across multiple internal departments.
• Perform field verification of work sites and document potential issues and solutions.
• Facilitate design reviews and coordinate system programming and final checkout.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure on-time and on-budget completion.

Requirements

• Must reside in the Phoenix, AZ region.
• 3+ years of Project Management experience specifically with Electronic Security Systems (ESS).
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Solid understanding of PMP methodologies and best practices.
• Ability to travel up to 25% of the time.
• Valid driver’s license in state of residence.

Nice to have

• PMP certification from the Project Management Institute.
• Certified Security Project Manager (CSPM) certification.
• Knowledge of Lenel, Genetec, or Avigilon certifications.
• Experience working within commercial construction trades and settings.
