• Lead teams to develop, document, and maintain standardized, best-in-class supply chain processes.
• Perform process reviews, gap assessments, and maturity evaluations to identify improvement opportunities.
• Partner with operating groups and functional leaders to align strategic priorities and address business challenges.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope, achieving measurable business outcomes.
• Create executive-level presentations that translate complex operational data into actionable insights.
• Coach and mentor team members, defining goals and professional growth opportunities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, Operations Management, or a related field.
• 7+ years of progressive experience in supply chain, operations, continuous improvement, or process excellence.
• Experience implementing standardized processes across complex, large-scale organizations.
• Proven track record of leading cross-functional projects in multicultural and geographically dispersed environments.
• Must have legal authorization to access U.S. export-controlled information.
• Excellent written, verbal, and formal presentation skills.
