What you will do
- Provide frontline technical support for software and hardware solutions to clinicians and clinical engineering teams.
- Perform device troubleshooting using established workflows and execute basic SQL and database tasks.
- Document software defects, system enhancements, and client issues using CRM and Azure DevOps.
- Travel to customer sites to assist with device installation, testing, validation, and go-live support.
- Execute test cases and log bugs in Azure DevOps to validate system reliability and performance.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Healthcare, or an Associate degree with 1-3 years of relevant experience.
- 0–2 years of experience in technical support, healthcare IT, or clinical systems.
- Strong computer, application, and network troubleshooting skills.
- Proven ability to lead technical issues to resolution.
- Location: Must be based in Streetsboro, OH, US for onsite work.
