What you will do

• Support users with desktop computers, laptops, tablets, mobile devices, printers, and office equipment.
• Perform provisioning, installation, setup, and troubleshooting of workstation hardware and software.
• Respond to system outages and resolve user issues both on-site and remotely.
• Install and update anti-virus software and perform system decontamination.
• Manage user moves, including de-installation and re-installation of equipment.
• Maintain systems inventory data and comply with corporate security policies.

Requirements

• Diploma or equivalent work experience.
• 2-4 years of relevant experience in Desktop Support.
• Good business English skills (written and spoken).
• Must be based in or able to work in North Canton, OH.
