What you will do
- Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 support to internal users in a global environment.
- Administer core systems including Office 365, Active Directory, Azure, and Intune.
- Manage hardware and software setup, deployment, and asset tracking.
- Support office technology, meeting rooms, and AV systems across locations.
- Respond to and manage support tickets within SLA (4-hour response, 24-hour resolution).
- Identify and implement improvements to service desk workflows and automate routine tasks.
Requirements
- Must reside in Arizona.
- 3–5 years of IT desktop support experience, including network support and MS Windows applications.
- A+ Certificate.
- Associate’s degree in computer science or a related discipline.
- Experience with Windows and Mac client operating systems.
- Hands-on experience with MDM tools such as Intune, SCCM, or JAMF.
