Crew Coordinator

What you will do

• Arrange flights, hotel accommodation, and transport for crew, clients, service engineers, or visitors prior to on-signing or after off-signing.
• Organize training courses for clients or crew as required.
• Assist with visa applications and other immigration requirements.
• Arrange medical assistance for ill/injured crew and routine medicals.
• Coordinate launch vessels, crew boats, or helicopters for vessels not making port calls.
• Assist other offices with crew changes and handle additional ad-hoc duties.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a crew coordinator role and strong administrator skills.
• Highly organised, efficient, with high attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to liaise at all levels.
• Strong problem-solving skills, initiative, ability to multi-task and prioritise under pressure.
• Good IT skills (MS Office: Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Clean, current driving licence and experience in a positive health and safety culture.
