What you will do

• Lead and motivate the Phorum team, setting objectives and supporting development.
• Develop and execute the business plan for tangible member ROI and growth.
• Build strategic relationships with senior clients for insights and retention.
• Oversee delivery of virtual/in-person meetings, workshops, and events.
• Drive thought leadership, industry influence, and cross-Phorum opportunities.
• Manage budgets, resources, and KPIs like NPS, retention, and profitability.

Requirements

• Proven senior commercial/strategic leadership in life sciences or related sector.
• Track record driving strategy, client value, and revenue growth.
• Strong client management for senior relationships.
• Data-driven with intermediate-advanced MS Office proficiency.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
