Materials Coordinator

TL;DR

Materials Coordinator: Maintain control, traceability, and accurate records of stock including electronic assemblies and components with an accent on goods inward, kitting, dispatch, and stock taking. Focus on conducting stock takes, liaising with QA and planning departments, housekeeping, Health & Safety, and ESD compliance.

What you will do

• Maintain control, traceability, and accurate records of stock on a rolling monthly basis.
• Conduct yearly WIP stock takes and assist in financial audits.
• Liaise with QA department on shipping and shortages.
• Provide parts to internal customers while avoiding shortages for orders.
• Ensure housekeeping, optimum space use, and product identification.
• Manage Health & Safety and ESD status in the working area.

Requirements

• Previous experience in stores/stock control role.
• Good communication with team members at all levels.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Quality conscious and accountable for performance.
• Ability to contribute to Operations team success.
• Subject to BPSS level pre-employment screening for security clearance.
