What you will do

• Produce high-quality AAA concept art for characters, creatures, environments, weapons, and props.
• Collaborate with the Art Director to develop and support the game's overall visual direction.
• Lead the concept art team through mentorship, artistic guidance, and constructive feedback.
• Coordinate with game design, narrative, 3D art, animation, and VFX teams to ensure production readiness.
• Plan the scope, priorities, and delivery timelines for concept art assets.
• Ensure visual consistency and style across the game's universe.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience in concept art, including senior or lead roles.
• Experience with at least one shipped AAA or AA title.
• Portfolio showcasing realistic art for characters, creatures, environments, and props.
• Strong knowledge of anatomy, composition, lighting, and traditional art fundamentals.
• Ability to translate verbal and written direction into visual designs.
• Proficiency with industry-standard art software and 3D tools in the workflow.

Nice to have

• Experience with Unreal Engine or Exodus SDK.
• Ability to create concept art specifically supporting VFX teams.
• Strong understanding of cinematic composition and visual storytelling.
